Who Qualifies for insulation funding?
A householder can qualify for funding mainly through being in receipt of a qualifying benefit but dependent.
The householder needs to be the home owner or rent the property from a private landlord to qualify for insulation funding.
We provide free no obligation surveys with most properties qualifying for free insulation. Dependent on the fuel source of the property and size, you may be asked to contribute a small amount which is determined after the survey
How much funding will I receive?
In most circumstances we can offer cavity wall and loft insulation measures free of charge to qualifying householders.
For other insulation works like Internal Wall Insulation and Room-in-Roof Insulation, we typically can offer up to 75% funding if your home is not on mains gas. Funding is available for mains gas but at a lower level
External wall insulation is also offered with up to 75% funding .
For homes with no existing first time central heating we can typically offer all insulation measures free of charge and also install first time central free of charge at the same time.
How do I get free insulation?
Applications for grants can be completed through our eligibility checker. From here, one of our team will give you a call to discuss what you are looking for and arrange for an assessment. If you qualify, a technical survey is then completed before install.
